2012 Rivers State Scout Council Commissioners & Administrators Conference at Port Harcourt Nigeria

Over 55 Adult Leaders in positions of Commissioners & Administrators were at a Week long 2012 Conference to discuss ways forward for Rivers State Scout Council. In attendance to deliver Lectures on "Roles & Responsibilities of Adults in Scouting, was the former Nigeria Adult Resources Commissioner Olori Omo Oba Olusoga Sofolahan 9Leader Trainer) and ably supported by another seasoned Scout Leader Engineer Ikechukwu Alaribe. The Chief Host was the State Scout Commissioner, Chief Magenne Pollyn (JP), and the Assistant State Scout Commissioner, Mr. Ariwerokuma. Others Topics discussed at the conference were: Strategic Planning in Scouting, Life Cycle of Adult in Scouting & the 3Rs processes. 7S Models in Scouting and Scouting Set Up & Governance.
